The Baronage The galaxy is ruled by a feudal order called the Baronage. Each baron or baroness controls a barony consisting of various planets, space stations, or solar systems.
	Baron Gates X The wealthiest and most powerful baron of the galaxy. Baron Gates X lives in Kroy space on the planet Mars, and he is the tenth Gates baron or baroness to hold the title. He has maintained his empire through an entrepreneurial and philanthropic dominance that some have criticized as unethical.
	Baroness Sainsbury The Sainsbury Barony controls an intergalactic network of supplies and goods. The Baroness ensures that communication and trade routes are upheld.
	Baron Buffet The second wealthiest baron in the galaxy. The Baron has amassed an enormous fortune through Kroy investments. Although many barons or baronesses live lavishly, Baron Buffet chooses to live an unpretentious and frugal lifestyle. Recently, he entered into an alliance with the Gates Barony.

The Kalsan Alliance The Kalsan Alliance is an all-female agency of scientists, diplomats, and mercenaries.
	Ju’Saahsan The first Kalsan and leader of the Kalsan Alliance. Ju'Saahsan is the galaxy's greatest physicist, diplomat, and general. She is best known for her Fundamental Laws of Nature, which created the theoretical model for faster-than-light-speed travel. She has contributed to more than fifty major scientific breakthroughs and has written an equal number of major papers on the arts of science, negotiation, and war. In the Citadel, Ju'Saahsan wears the white robe of the Kalsan.
	Ambassador Ju’Ke Main organizational force of the Kalsan--responsible for daily maintenance of the Alliance. Ju'Ke maintains the public relations between the galaxy at large and the Kalsan Alliance. In the Citadel, Chief Ambassador Ju'Ke wears the blue robe of the Kalsan.
	Kalerva Also known as Lady Kalerva. Writer and thinker of the Kalsan. Her poetry enriches the lives of the Galaxy's inhabitants. It is rumored that she only chooses to appear in person to one person at a time--and then only at night and in their dreams. In the Citadel, Kalerva wears the crimson robe of the Kalsan.
	Azino 1000th Rank General of the Kalsan. Azino earned the highest ranked honor of the Kalsan and leads the Kalsan training schedule at the Citadel.

More about the Kalsan The Moguls Moguls rule in the absence of the Baronage. They organize into small tribes and control the masses through violence and fear.
	Mogul Wada Former J-San mogul leader. Mogul Wada once led the most powerful Mogul tribes in the Asadian territories.
	Mogul Matsuzaki Mogul Matsuzaki leads his tribes with a sharp business acumen and an even sharper sword.
	Mogul Pervez Chief of Army and Chief Mogul Leader of various Kal territories. After a Kroy-assisted reactionary coup d'état, Mogul Pervez ousted Mogul Sharif, the elected Prime Mogul. Later on, the Kal Mogul Council declared Mogul Pervez as the Chief Mogul Leader.
