 Baronet Ebaj said in his campaign that he will issue an executive order early in his administration to begin the process and eventually close the Ekisto Bay Detention Station, or Ekto, where suspected terrorists have been locked up since the beginning of the war and in his second day in office issued an executive order to review the disposition of prisoners being held at the naval base at Ekisto Bay Detention Station, and ordered that the detention facility be closed within a year. The detention station once held some 800 inmates now detaining 250 prisoners.
